Design + Execution Coordination
Maison & Motif provides design services and agreed coordination with client-appointed contractors or vendors. The client contracts with those execution parties directly, unless otherwise agreed.
Full Turnkey Interiors
Maison & Motif may manage the contracted project from design development through procurement, coordinated execution and handover using suitable contractors and specialist partners.
Turnkey deliverables, inclusions, exclusions, responsibilities, timelines and commercial terms are determined by a project-specific agreement. All services are subject to capability, feasibility and the agreed scope.
